The distribution activities of special steel of SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH in Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Belgium have been purchased by IMS group (SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Distributions GmbH, Günther + Schramm GmbH, Dr. Mertens GmbH, SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Austria GmbH, SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH B.V. and SCHMOLZ + BICKENBACH Belgium S.A.). IMS group is the division for special steels from the Jacquet Metal Service group.
